Before the internet era it was very hard to find a way to shop for intimacy products, such as provocative lingerie, sex toys, lubricants and other adult items. Not many people were comfortable with choosing a personal product in regular stores. Besides, it is not really easy to ask store’s sales assistant a question about characteristics of the particular product.
It’s all has changed nowadays. Shopping for the adult products has never been easier. Today you can browse through the thousands of items, comparing characteristics, prices and looking for the best choice. But is it really easy now to find exactly what you are looking for, receive it discretely and in timely manner? We would like to offer you some helpful tips on adult online shopping.
1. Start from the general information within the product category. Let’s say you are looking for a vibrator. It is easy to be lost - so many different types, colors, styles and prices! However, you can find some educational sites as well as web forums on this subject. You will explore all different kinds of vibrators, their functions, and a feedback from other people who bought it. A piece of advice from somebody with a personal experience might help you to decide what exactly will be great for your pleasure.
2. Once you decided on a product, go ahead and browse through online “shelves”. There are so many online adult stores on the web. Here is a tip - choose ones that have a nice and clean layout, a lot of info on each product and good pictures so you can see it in details. In real world you would definitely prefer to shop in a clean and friendly atmosphere, why would you change your preferences? Don’t be shy to ask questions - send them via e-mail. Here you don’t have to deal with a rude sales person making silly jokes about your choice…
3. Before placing your order go back to the search engine and enter the exact name of the product you are going to buy. You’ll be surprised - some stores might have the same item for less! Not talking about free shipping, spring sale and many other offers that they might have for you…don’t hurry, shop around!
4. You finally found a great deal. Congratulations! Check Company’s Shipping Policy and Return/ Refund Policy to make sure you agree with their terms. Everything is fine? Your assignment is due and you’re cutting it close. Your ability to keep your body and mind calm and clear can keep the creative juices flowing. How? Take frequent mindfulness breaks.
Mindfulness is your ability to remain aware of the present moment, of what is going on in and around you right now. Worry about the future (will I make the deadline?) and anger about the past (why did I procrastinate?) are just two common feelings that take us out of the present moment. Returning your attention to the present moment can calm these feelings so you can get the job done with clarity.
The best way to stay in the present moment is to take mindfulness breaks. I have a clock in my home that chimes on the quarter hour. Each time it chimes, I stop, turn my attention to my breath and observe my in-breath and out-breath for three cycles or more if I need it to feel calm. I train people to use their breath as their anchor to the present moment. It is always with us as long as we are alive, and it is always in the moment. You can’t breathe in the past or the future!
The telephone is a helpful bell of mindfulness. I stop what I am doing and follow my breath for two rings before answering. Not only do I feel calm, but I greet my caller with presence instead of interruption or distraction. Even sirens can be a mindfulness break. You can think of many more.
You can install a bell of mindfulness on your computer. You can set it to chime randomly, on the hour or on the quarter hour. Download it at http://www.mindfulnessdc.org/mindfulclock.html.
Deadlines are a fact of life. Deadline stress does not have to be. By connecting to the present moment via your breath, you can remain calm and meet your goals with greater ease.

Trying to be green is a thing that is going to change us all in the next 9yrs. We have Environmental Travel, Electric Driven Cars & Biological Diesels to look at now.
There are several forms of Biological Fuels. Bio Fuels are fundamentally plant based alternatives to oil- based Diesels such as petrol, diesel & cooking oil. Using biodiesel sends out C02, though this is offset with the fact that the plants used to fabricate it uses C02 from around the climate to develop. However the environmental advantages of Bio Fuels are hotly talked about, with some climate friendly specialists declaring that Bio Fuels cause more harm than good. There are many 2 prime types of Biological Diesel & Ethanol. Discover why battery driven cars are so good for the environment, Click Here for Eco Travel.
As the type suggests, biodiesel is planned for use in diesel vans. Bio Diesel is decidedly like to vegetable oil & is manufactured from the same kinds of plants- oil rich sources such as sunflower, palm, rapeseed & groundnut. Bio Diesel will probably also be fabricated from turkey fat or oils reused from dim sum restaurants. Biodiesel can often be tried smart in some diesel cars, but at this current time Biodiesel is more regularly visible in a mix with regular diesel- commonly eighteen % biodiesel with regular diesel fuel. This blend will probably be used by any regular diesel engine.
Ever thought about getting a environmentally friendly car? There are many 2 forms the G WIZ electric car & the Mega City. All the above are genuinely climate and green friendly machines; in fact they is an environmental daydream. Electric automobiles do not produce any carbon dioxide emissions in fact much more to the point electric automobiles do not even own an emission pipe. Because you power an eco car from renewable energy, it generates zero CO2. Even though this environmentally friendly car has legions of advantages it does have several disadvantages as well. The obvious being it is an electric car and it can only do 106 miles before you have to charge the car batteries & all this usually has to be powered up over the course of the night, if you are organising on doing an extended outing, this may have to be charged over the course of several days.
Soccer matches are all about scoring goals and being winners. As a result, soccer can hold up a mirror to life since many humans also want to achieve goals and to be winners in the game of life. There is much to be learned about life in general from soccer players, managers and commentators.
When you listen to commentators on soccer matches, the key words they use again and again when teams are winning are words about character and attitude like belief, excitement, confidence, effort and so on. Soccer skills and strategies are important but mean little without the right attitude.
Team managers urge their players to show focus, determination and maximum effort. They tell them they should expect to win and not to show too much respect for their opponents no matter how famous they are.
I love listening to the comments of the great soccer managers. They have all been to hell and back. They are praised and popular when their teams win. They are criticised and even sacked when their teams fail to win. They know the heights of elation and the depths of despair. They have to find ways to deal with both and to keep motivating their teams to win.
Gordon Strachan took over as manager of Celtic, one of the top two clubs in Scotland, in 2005. It was not long before he experienced “the worst night of my life”
Bratislava beat Celtic 5-0 in the Champions league, the top European competition. His watch stopped after the match and he still wears it to remind himself that it was the worst night of his life. Celtic, the pride of Scotland, had been humiliated by a less famous team.
Other failures seemed small to him by comparison. We can all learn to deal with difficult situations by reminding ourselves of worst situations in our past or by imagining how much worse our lives could be than they actually are.
None of us knows for sure what will happen to us tomorrow. We could be seriously ill or even dead. Gordon has faced this possibility already. He told the media that on his gravestone he would like these words carved:
“This is better than that night in Bratislava.”
He uses the humour of exaggeration to deal with the criticisms of the media when things go wrong. A reporter commented when his team lost a match in Scotland:
“Bang, there goes your unbeaten run. Can you take it? “
“No,” said Strachan. “I’m just going to crumble like a wreck. I’ll go home,
become an alcoholic and maybe jump off a bridge. Hmmm….I think I can
take it, yeah.”
He knows the importance of positive thinking if you wish to achieve success.
One reporter foolishly asked: “There’s no negative vibes or negative feelings here?”
Strachan replied: “Apart from yourself, we’re all quite positive round here.
I’m going to whack you over the head with a big stick; down negative man,
down.”
Strachan often speaks with disarming honesty and schoolboy cheek. He is ready to admit that he and his players are not always at their best. He is ready to face reality. Facing up to reality is a key characteristic of the successful.
When he managed a team in England, a reporter asked him: “So, Gordon, in what areas do you think Middlesbrough were better than you today?”
Strachan replied: “What areas? Mainly that big green one out there….”
Strachan has had his defeats but recently he has led his latest team, Celtic, to undisputed victory in the Scottish Premier League. He is widely accepted as a great manager.
Another great manager now works in the English Premier League. He is Jose Mourihno, the manager of Chelsea. He came to England in June 2004 and soon showed his confidence in himself and his players. He wants only to be judged by the results. A good manager wins. A bad one loses:
“I’m not a defender of old or new football managers. I believe in good ones and bad ones; those that achieve success and those that don’t. Please don’t call me arrogant, but I’m European champion and I think I’m a special one”
He soon proved himself to be a ’special one’ in England as well as in Portugal, his native country. As the name ‘the special one’ suggests he believes in himself in a big way. A key factor in his success in England is his self-belief and a rich Russian backer who allows him to buy the best players in Europe. You can safely bet money that Chelsea will win almost all their matches.
The odds are not great but you could put £100 on Chelsea to win and make an easy £26 from your bet. Of course, this does not always work out. No team is perfect!
Mourinho is passionate about soccer but retains his sense of perspective and humour. Recently he was asked in London if he was concerned about losing the championship to his main rivals, Manchester United. His reply was typical of him:
“No, I’m more concerned about bird ‘flu.” The assembled press started laughing.
“Seriously; it’s that swan in Scotland that concerns me. It’s not that far from here!” (The swan was the first creature with bird ‘flu in the UK in 2006)
Over the last few weeks, his team, Chelsea, have been criticised for having players sent off for breaking the rules. When Jose was asked about his success away from home against West Brom, he commented ironically:
“Maybe we won because we played with ten men. That is our best tactic at the moment.”
However, he realises that the main reason Chelsea win so often is as follows:”We have top players and, sorry if I’m arrogant, we have a top manager.”
Public confidence is so rare in the UK that it is often mistaken for arrogance.
Jose does not believe in having favourites; he believes in the power of the team rather than the individual:
“I don’t want special relations with one of them (his players). I hate to speak about individuals. Players don’t win you trophies, teams win trophies, squads win trophies.”
Another great manager is Harry Redknapp of Portsmouth. He commented about his players in a match with Burnley which ended in a 2-2 draw:
“When the crowd was on their backs no one wanted to try anything in case they got booed. They were defensive and wanted to avoid mistakes.”
Harry understands human psychology. If we are too worried about appearing foolish or making mistakes we will fail to make things happen and we will not make full use of our abilities. We go into our shells and play safe.
I remember feeling like this when I played cricket at school. I tried to avoid being anywhere near the ball in case I dropped a catch. It was many years before I realised that I was quite good at catching!
A commentator remarked: “Harry knows how to get his teams going and how to restore their confidence. Now they expect to win at Fratton Park (the Portsmouth ground). They firmly believe they will win.” Recently they have won three games in a row and are on their way to escaping relegation to a lower division.
Another manager, Stuart Pierce, of Manchester City also knows the importance of confidence: “We need to go out and really believe we can play a bit.”
What key success lessons can we learn from the above?
Skill is important but attitude is even more important. We should expect to win and not show too much respect for the obstacles in our path whether they are human or otherwise and whether they are real or imaginary. We need to believe in our own ability and expect to win even if this makes us seem arrogant.
We should handle failures by reminding ourselves that things could be much worse. Retaining our sense of humour also helps. Teamwork is a key factor in many types of achievement. We should not be worried about making mistakes whether we are playing soccer or cricket or the game of life.
We need to face up to reality and be willing to be judged by the results we achieve as well as the effort we put in. On the whole, I think, that the effort we expend is more important. We cannot always control the results but we can control the effort we put in. The same manager can lose with one team and win with another. He is still the same person and he still made the same efforts.
I’ll leave you with a final quote from Gordon Strachan who has been both a winning and a losing manager:
A reporter asked: “Gordon, can we have a quick word?”
“Velocity”, replied Gordon as he walked off.

Numerous times, every day, the most prevalent question I am asked is, “What am I doing wrong? Why is what I want not being manifested?” The frustration, the confusion and the resignation are truly palpable.
And, the answer is always the same…
Because you aren’t creating just what you consciously want. You are creating what you subconsciously want also. And that is the hidden curve that is throwing everyone into a tailspin.
Humans are very complex beings. You may already be aware of the difference between what you want versus what you need, but there is another distinction that is even more important. This distinction is the difference between what you are creating consciously and what you are creating subconsciously or unconsciously.
The brain is made up of two distinct parts. There is the conscious mind, which is the part of the mind that you are always aware of. It assists in short-term memory, getting you through your day-to-day living and decision-making in the now. It is very much whom most of us identify as being “who we are.” This part of the brain has been reported to represent 12% of the overall mind functions.
And then there is the subconscious or unconscious mind — the other 88% of the story. This is the part of you that has one very important responsibility, and that is to keep you alive. Bottom line, you are able to keep your heart pumping, your blood flowing and your organs working because your subconscious mind is taking care of it all for you. If we had to remember to breath, the same way we have to remember to turn off the lights, we would have a lot less people running around. The subconscious mind also has some other key functions that differentiate it from your conscious mind. The subconscious mind is also where you store your belief structures. Based on past experiences, you have created a fabulous collection of beliefs that aid the subconscious in its primary function of keeping you alive. To better grasp what each of these beliefs represent, think of your beliefs as each representing a separate part of you. You are made up of multiple parts, all with special and distinct responsibilities or intentions. Every time you display a behavior, that behavior is directly attached to a belief or part of you. Behaviors are the tools that those parts use to ensure the execution of their intentions.
This is where it gets tricky. If your conscious mind knows what it wants to manifest, but one, two or more parts of your subconscious mind have different intentions, you end up with what I call conflicting intentions. And, when you do the math, if 12% is focused on one thing and potentially 88% is focused on something else, the amount of energy available for focusing is highly in favor of the subconscious intentions. This is why it may seem you are not manifesting what you think you are focusing on.
Conflicting intentions are when one part of you wants one thing and another part of you wants something else. You can be consciously aware of these, like when you are asked to attend a really amazing event and there is horrible weather that night. Part of you may really want to go, but another part really wants to stay home where it is warm and safe. This is the easier kind of conflict to deal with because you are aware of your conflicting desires, and you can then make a decision based on the pros and cons of both options.
The other kind of conflict happens when you are only aware of part of the story. For example, when you want to go to an amazing event and you put it out into the universe that you really want to go. But when you go to buy tickets, the event is sold out. You may immediately think you did something wrong. If you created the “right” way, you would have gotten tickets. The truth is that there is something else going on inside of you that created the outcome that you got. This something else has its own intention and is far different than the one wanting to attend the event. It can be directly opposed to the first intention or have a completely different focus. For example, you may find out, when doing inner work, that deep down you don’t really believe that you should be spending so much money on entertainment. A part of you wants to guard against that feeling of horrible guilt that comes when you indulge in luxury items instead of giving that money to a charity or paying bills. This intention is very strong and has most likely been with you for a long time, which is why you may not be aware of it. You think that you are focusing on getting tickets, when in truth, there may have been a whole other focus happening behind the scenes that you were just not consciously aware of.
Knowing that we all have conflicting intentions is very important to remember. Also remember, that most people have no idea this is happening and continue to just live with the frustration and confusion. But knowing, as you do now, that there is a logical explanation, you can change what you do and how you do it and take back that power of creating.
There are many tools that are available to get at the heart of what is really going on. The most valuable tools that I found are even more effective when combined. However, there is never one path in which we all must travel to find the enlightenment we seek. This combination of tools and the process I created around them simply worked for me, and now I feel it is my responsibility to share it with others who may be on a similar path as mine.
The best tools that I have found are NLP, universal laws, the Law of Attraction, the Process of Deliberate Creation and the Nine Environments of Holistic Living (environmental design). By combining these tools and using them in a structured process, ferreting out the blocks and conflicting intentions is possible. Once you know where you are starting, are articulating what you most want in every area of your life, are identify and blasting out what is blocking you from manifesting what you most want and are doing it consistently and on a daily basis, the power of creating is yours to have for life.
No matter what tools or processes you use, armed with knowing that you have access to all the power you need, it is imperative that you find what works for you. Learn what you most need to get on track to envision and live the life you would yell about from the mountaintops. Don’t stop until you have it all!
