It is about time that Telecom companies start to deliver new services as stated by Gartner. Technology should not be at a standstill. There should be transformations to existing technological capabilities to deliver new services to consumers, and meet their demands. There are new digital services now in place, and voice technology is on the decline. Telecom companies need to speed up their efforts and come up with new applications and infrastructure to support these digital services.
