Don’t wait! Join in on the web’s best sports betting casino online games now!
Link up the two of man’s predominant quests and you are certain to expose a phenomenon titled a web based sportsbook. Seriously: what could imaginably be more creative? If you envision a troop of aficionados cheering on a given local club, and almost all the time antes are placed alongside the clamor. Because they want to get some of the exhilaration, spectators generally essay to surmise who is most likely to win in the coming contest. At the end of the day, this turns into a good-humored contest titled web based sportsbook.
If you want to place any wager, you’d be well advised to search out a web based sportsbook, i.e. a place which admits web based sportsbook. In the US, you have four states where everybody can go for sportsbook wagering in a legit manner, but inofficially you can try it everywhere if you can find a bookie AND you’re a legal adult. Many of the track-and-field events you can bet on are pro along with college basketball and football, pro baseball, pro hockey, along with wagers on both horse and dog racing. Punters can choose to wager on the entire result of a fight or game, in what round any given opponent will be vanquished, and even if a tossed coin in a fight or game will come down either heads or tails.
You can opt for loads of different systems of bets, the straight being the dominating one in sportsbook wagering.
Why not have a bash at it, and enjoy the fun while you’re at it? Only be sure that you won’t get too enthused and squander your complete income on a fancy! After all, you will certainly catch yourself grieving for it all life long!
A direct sales company is very similar to a network marketing company in that you are still working as an “Independent Associate” for a larger company. With direct sales however, you are not required to develop a “downline” or recruit other members. All you really have to do to make any money is sell whatever the product or service is that the company offers. It’s really no different that being one of those Avon ladies. Or selling cars. Or selling real estate.
Yes, the company will likely encourage you to recruit other associates and there are two reasons for this. One, it provides the comapny with more sales people, giving them greater exposure and making more money. Two, they will pay you better if you recruit other associates and YOU will make more money.
Once again, like network marketing, there is a system already in place for you to duplicate. This is why direct sales organizations and network marketing companies are so appealing. You don’t have to do any of the trial and error stuff to get your business going. It’s already been done for you. All you have to do is follow the system in place and you are on your way to making money.
A legitimate direct sales organization will tell you up front that you might not even make any money whatsoever. Should that put you off? No. It shows integrity in their business. They understand that some people will not follow the system, try to change the system, or simply quit the system. They also understand that some people will make money faster than others because some people will have a shorter learning curve than others.
There are numerous other reasons direct sales is more appealing than direct marekting, but we’ll get into that in more deatil later. But there are numerous other similarities and understanding them will assist you in figuring out which is better for you. Or if you should look for another opportunity altogether.

In some ways this article is a continuation of Managaging Your Team (Part 4) in that ‘influencers from a position of authority or expertise may be guilty (consciously or unconsciously) of ignoring inputs from team members or, just as damaging, putting down / under-valuing the contribution made and the contributor who made it.
Unfortunately, all of us may be guilty of this behaviour from time to time and often this attitude and behaviour will be accompanied with…
“C’mon, I was only joking! Don’t be so sensitive”
One of the main root causes of this behaviour, as I have touched on previously is based on our value system.
We live, breath, and act our own values - they are who we are and, therefore, are extremely important to each of us whether we are fully aware of them or not.
In context, think of some practical examples…
You’ve guessed it, not surprisingly, these are values that are very important to me in both my personal and business lives. Yours may be the same or totally different. To illustrate the point…
Punctuality is extremely important to you, it is one of your primary values. So, how do you feel when team members regularly turn up late to your meetings? How do those who turn up on time feel when you wait until everyone has arrived before you start the meeting? What message are you sending out?
NOW, let’s say you have just given your views, made a suggestion to the group and it is completely ignored. How do you feel?
Who’s guilty of plopping - you are - you’ve just plopped! Everyone else continues with the group discussion which bears no relevance to the inputs you’ve made.
You’re left sitting there (or worse standing there) wondering what the heck has just happened.
O.K. in the overall scheme of things it will happen to all of us at some time and by understanding that fact, we won’t get things out of perspective or over-react.
However, we do need to focus on the challenge or issue when a team member is ignored or under-valued repeatedly by the rest of the team or one individual frequently under-values other team members
You could argue that the title of this article should be…
Who’s Guilty of Making Me Plop?”
Just maybe…
So, one theme you’ll find in a number of these articles is our duty of care to our fellow team members. It is encumbent on all of us to guide our team colleagues, respect their contributions, seek clarification if necessary - don’t discount it or them, and where appropriate, provide constructive feedback to those who are consciously or unconsciously undervaluing other team members.
And, what can I do as team leader?
“Before we move on, I think what Joe said is worth consideration so let’s spend some more time discussing it”
Managing Your Team (Part 6) will look at “You Two, Stop Fighting”

Mountain biking is a great way to explore the great outdoors, exercising and having fun. Racing down a mountainside is exhilarating; however, it can also be dangerous. Although it is consider a dangerous sport, if done with utmost caution, mountain biking can be enjoyed by the whole family.
As with any outdoor sport, selecting the right equipment and an understanding of the sport will be the key to a great adventure.
Styles of Mountain Biking
Mountain biking can be categorized into three different styles. There is downhill, free riding, and cross-country. Although the styles are similar in some respect, they all require different skills. The style you select will determine the type of bike.
Mountain Biking Locations
Typically, this sport is known as biking on an unpaved surface. Most regions have areas specifically designed for this grand sport. State and federal parks are a good place to mountain bike. However, you should check with your local parks to get the routes and other regulations or rules they may have. In addition, if you venture off to some state or federal land or any wilderness type area, it is best to know about the surroundings should there be any unexpected accidents.
There are also groups that have mountain bike rides and competitions. You could search the internet or local newspaper to see what is available in your area. There may be groups for the advanced rider as well as the novice.
Criteria to be a Great Mountain Biker
A prerequisite for a great mountain biker is endurance and stamina. In addition, it takes discipline to practice and the ambition to succeed and conquer the course. A novice mountain biker will have to overcome the bumps and bruises from falling of the bike. Like all sports, it takes practice and the constitution to keep trying.
Selecting Your Bike
Selecting your bike is a personal choice and contingent on the type of riding you will do. Bikes come in all different styles, shapes, and prices, therefore selecting the perfect one for you can be difficult. Again, do some internet research or venture out to do some comparison-shopping before you get ready to make a purchase. Ask to try out a bike before you buy. A good mountain biker becomes one with his or her bike. Check for comfort, fit, and how it is geared, all these factors need to be considered.
Staying Safe
As mentioned earlier, mountain bike riding on unpaved roads can be hazardous. The typical safety gear is a helmet, knee and elbow pads. You should also consider goggles if riding in a very dense wooded area or if following a group of bikers. Safety should be your top priority and not taken lightly when riding no matter what the terrain.

Some boys have a complicated time keeping an erection and some chicks have extraordinarily long sex drives, meaning it takes the lady a wonderfully long time to come. Because of this difference in sex drives, sexual intercourse can turn into an annoying and unsatisfying session. That’s why thick dildos could be helpful. If the male spunks early in the game, or even if the girl just takes longer than her lover, he can continue to penetrate the female with the thick dildo. That way all sexual play does not have to end. It gives the bloke time to charge his stamina and helps the lady horny. Thus when he’s prepared to come back into the sexual session, the lady will still be aroused enough to accept the man.
Your very most sensual field is your brain. And as significantly as various girls will not admit this, the penis is an ancient symbol of fertility, no matter how huge or little, it is still associated with fertility. Penetrating your lady with a juicy dildo can often make a fantasy of power fun reality. Sex Toys come in all shapes and sizes, check them out!
Some individuals love the sensation of feeling full in their vagina or anus. Whenever a sex toy such as a thin dildo, penetrates the vagina or bottom, the muscles contract around it. Innumerable people notice the tightening of the above mentioned muscles to be truly enjoyable.
The guys over at NullPlay have come up with a great trick to get your boiler repaired on the cheap, and while they might think it’s “slightly dodgy” we have no compunctions at all in recommending it…anything the consumer can do to get one up on companies who are, at the end of the day, trying to take as much cash as possible from you is all right by us!
The basic idea is that if you’re unlucky enough to have a problem with your boiler or central heating system you get a quote from one or more plumbers for the job and, if the estimates are creeping in to the £100+ region you just sign up for heating breakdown insurance with one of the many providers such as Homeserve or British Gas Homecare. Most of these offer cheap or free parts and labour on repairs, and, while they’ll probably have a condition in their contract that allows them to pull out of the deal if your boiler is on it’s last legs, minor repairs may well get carried out for free. It’s essentially an insurance type business model where people tend to stick with their original choice, so they know it may be worth a few parts and hours to keep your business longer term!
Here’s the inspiration for this little consumer weapon: Boiler Service Centre’s article on what to look out for when selecting central heating breakdown cover.
As the term implies, Personal loans are simply loans for any personal use. They’re known as personal loans because the money is for personal use, such as buying a car or home improvements. Most lenders do not stipulate what you can spend your personal loan on, generally allowing for any purpose.
A Personal Loan is a method of borrowing a lump sum of money from a bank, building society or other financial institution to finance the buying of a new car, make home improvements or go on a luxury holiday.
Personal loans have become a popular way of raising much-needed funds for personal use Personal loan amounts vary from between £500 to £25,000. Normally, you’ll receive a lump sum.
In return, you agree to make regular repayments, usually monthly. Assuming you’ve taken out a repayment loan, which will usually be the case, some of the money you repay will go towards servicing the loan and the rest of your payment will be used to pay off capital and reduce the outstanding debt.
Personal loans are repayable on a monthly basis at a fixed rate of interest. Generally personal loans are offered by banks, financial institutions or building societies and are available in a variety of formats with variations in size, term and purpose of the loan. It is important to know the APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of the lenders so that you can do a comparison search to get the best rate of interest.
Interest rates will vary. It is also worth bearing in mind that some lenders are only interested in lending to people whom they regard as a ’safe risk’ and they will be offered lower interest rates.
A personal loan could be the best option for you if you are looking to borrowing money for between one and five years and is particularly ideal if you have other debts that you’re looking to consolidate into one loan to reduce your overall monthly payments.
There are two basic types of personal loan, the secured and the unsecured.
With an unsecured personal loan you will normally make payments on a regular basis to the lender who, if you should default on the payments, would have to take legal action to obtain the outstanding money.
With a secured personal loan, the lender will ask for the amount that you borrow to be ’secured’ against a piece of your property, very often your home, which would become the property of the lender in the case of default.

Historical references to a universal energy field date back as far as 5000 B.C. to India where prana was considered to be the basic source of life. In China it was called chi and was believed to be in all matter. Two polar forces were recognized, yin and yang. When these two forces were in balance, one was considered to be healthy. More recently Western medicine has begun to recognize energy within the body with the advent of devices capable of detecting its effects in the body. Energy fields associated with the human body have been detected by electroencephalograms (EEG), electrocardiograms (ECG), and very highly sensitive devices such as superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUID). Even biomagnetism has been recognized, as more sensitive devices have been developed to measure very weak magnetic fields.
Practitioners of alternative forms of health care often believe much of the illness we see in the human body is the result of either a blockage of the flow of energy of the body, or an imbalance in the energy from one side of the body to the other. When the energy balance is restored, the body begins the healing process. Often, symptoms seem to almost miraculously lessen or even disappear. Conditions such as migraine headaches, the cause of which is poorly understood anyway, respond remarkably well to a restoration of the energy in the body.
Energy imbalance is the result of too much nerve energy being sent to a part of the body in response to pain or dysfunction. Nerve energy, as I have called it here, is an electrical signal that is sent along the path of the nerve. All electrical signals also have a magnetic field. The magnetic field is so weak around this nerve impulse that it would seem to be undetectable. When measures are taken to restore proper balance to the energy of the body, a clinical result can be measured. A definite beneficial change takes place. If balance is not restored, the body gets caught in an endless loop of trying to make corrections. The result is an imbalance in which the deficient side develops painful trigger points. These trigger points are formed in the areas where acupuncture meridians are located. Therapies have been developed using these points to release blockages of energy and allow the proper amount of energy to flow. One does not need to use needles. These are the same acupressure points used by massage therapists, and other touch type therapies, to release tension, increase blood flow, and strengthen the body’s natural life force to assist in healing.
When energy is flowing to one side of the body more than to the other, it can be easily felt in the form of muscle tension. Nerve impulses are sent along the nerves to muscles and other locations in the body. In the muscles, this naturally causes them to be more contracted. A muscle that is contracted is shorter than a muscle that is relaxed. Remember as children how we showed off our muscles by forcefully contracting them ourselves? As a result of the increased muscle contraction, one entire side of the body will often feel tighter and tenser than the other. How can we balance this energy and cause both sides of the body to be equally relaxed? The method is simple.
Trigger points are located by their tenderness, and once located, gentle pressure is applied. The initial stimulation of the trigger point sends a signal to the central nervous system to send more energy to the deficient side. It is like saying, “Hey, look! There is a problem over here too.” The side that was getting the excessive energy suddenly has energy diverted from it, and the deficient side begins to receive an increase in energy. After a short time, a balance is achieved. The body is then able to use its resources for healing instead of continually attempting to bring the flow of its energy back into balance.

Let’s face it if you are in a business needing de-ionized water or reverse osmosis water you are always concerned about the quality of your water. I know as a mobile detailing business that when we have ultra clean water in our tanks we are a happy camper. We know it will make your job so much easier. We also like the idea and concept of spot free water. Have you ever considered how Reverse Osmosis really works? Let me describe the process from my industries perspective.
In R.O. water pressure forces water through a fine membrane that filters out between 85-95% of the dissolved solids in the water. Water lacking these solids won’t water spot a car. It’s important to have soft water filter inline the R.O. system prior to R.O. Some systems have a water softener/carbon filter/R.O. system in that order. This saves life on the R.O. membranes. R.O. units are measured in gallons per day (GPD) because there flow is relatively slow. Usually they run twenty-four hours a day and the water is put into a storage tank to be used later. Small R.O. units that cost between $2,500 and $5,000 put out 4 gpm. To go to 10 gpm, the speed at which you’d want to fill your tank, the cost of those units starts at $25,000.
Car washes need units that make between 500 to 1000 gallons a day for the rinse cyles. A small unit will work because 4 GPM (gallons per minute) X 60 minutes is 240 gallons. So, in four hours at night when the car wash isn’t being used, they will have one thousand plus gallons. The only problem for them is that a thousand gallon tank is five feet wide and eight feet tall.
An R.O. machine works best when it’s running clean water through it. Otherwise, the membranes let nature take over. Then you have not reverse osmosis but osmosis. It’s better to have a small machine running twenty-four hours a day than a big machine running two hours and then shutting off. R.O. membranes should have a constant positive flow through them. Some industry leaders believe twelve to thirteen hours is the maximum you should run an R.O. unit a day. They think the machine will last longer.
Silica, iron, aluminum and bacteria cause irreversible damage to membranes and that’s why pre-filters are a must to keep membranes from fouling. Fouling results when particles suspended in the feed water are deposited within the R.O. unit. Fouling reduces permeate flow rate. Bacteria fouling usually doesn’t cause the permeate conductivity to increase until your system is extremely plugged. Other particles may cause permeate conductivity to increase.
Most biological and particulate silica foulants can be removed with the proper chemicals. Bio-fouling is a problem. Pre-treatment may have little impact on R.O. unit fouling. Simply killing the bacteria won’t work because the same number of fouling particles (living or dead) still enter the R.O. unit. The best way to handle bio-fouling is cleaning the equipment and the upstream pipes and filters. Chlorinated water will be bad and should be un-chlorinated before entering the R.O. unit. Fouling by non-living particles is handled by your pre-filters, or additional sediment filters or cartridge filters with a nominal filtration rating of five microns or less. This can be complicated stuff and you can call your franchsior for a telephone number of a fair and honest local or regional water purification consultant.
Chlorine is the most common agent to chemically attack and destroy the polyamide thin film membranes that are commonly used in car washes. Activated carbon blocks are used generally in filters upstream from R.O. units. Larger units use granulated carbon filters or other methods. Active chlorine consuming sites on the activated carbon material is depleted over time and eventually dechlorination will diminish and finally cease. This will allow chlorine to damage downstream chlorine sensitive membranes in your R.O. unit. Carbon filters must be replaced as frequently as their manufacturers specify.
Most commercial R.O. units are too small to justify installing instrumentation to determine when to clean them. Cleaning periodically can remove most scalants and foulants. If you wait too long permanent damage will be done and proper cures will not work. If you wait until you have low flow problems, the elements may be plugged significantly and chemical cleaning may be ineffective or may take many hours to get the elements back to near original performance.
If you want, you can have the R.O. dealer do periodic cleaning on a service contract. It may be worth your while. Expect to pay between $80 to $160 per quarter. Watch for parts price gouging. Some companies are like sharks. If well taken care of, the membranes will last years. You may want to have a technician also check upstream filters. That way, if anything does go wrong, it’s their responsibility and you can make them pay. Make sure your contract is tied to their lifetime warrantee. Regular Maintenance Of Reverse Osmosis Units is ultra important and you should change your prefilters often. Water softeners every month, carbon filters quarterly. Be sure to check the pressures weekly and membranes will need changing every so often too. Think on this.

Up until a few years ago, my professional experience was in industries including
retail, energy, health care, and fast food. In 1996 circumstances and opportunity
led me into the manufacturing, marketing, and installation of products used for
Floor Warming, Total Space Heating, Roof Snow and Ice Melting and Snow and Ice
Melting of driving and walking surfaces.
Since three out of the four applications for my company’s products may be installed
into new pour cementitious material like concrete, I quickly determined two things:
first, that anything embedded into cementitious materials is only as good as that
cementitious material; and second, that the long term happiness and satisfaction of
my many of my customers was dependent on the integrity and quality of the work of
others. What I did not know, but I have since discovered, is that not all concrete
work is of the same quality and that while my company’s heating element carries a
25 year warranty, concrete warranties are generally relatively short. As a result of
this discrepancy in horizons, I quickly determined that if I wanted to be successful I
needed to learn more about concrete, its installation, and the preparation required
to insure a high quality job.
Since making that determination I have been fortunate enough to have the
opportunity to observe and evaluate many new concrete pours and examine a lot of
very old, yet still perfectly good, concrete. As a result of these opportunities I have
noted several things that exceptional concrete professionals routinely do and I am
convinced that these things, along with high quality materials, result in superior
concrete projects.
For more information go to : http://www.warmquest.com
Please note that I am not a concrete professional and that my motivations for
writing this article are limited to attempting to insure that:
a) your concrete will look as good as possible and last for many years in the
future; and,
b) if you elect to install my company’s snow and ice melt products, or anyone
else’s for that matter, it is able to serve its intended purpose for many years to
come.
Now for a Few Concrete Suggestions:
Professionals: Always use professionals that have a proven track record and
willingly provide creditable references.
Dry Base: Make certain that the ground below where the new asphalt, concrete or
pavers will be located is as dry as possible. It is recommended that it be covered
whenever there is a risk of a
storm for one to two weeks prior to the pour.
Excavation: Be sure that your excavation is deep enough to accommodate the
desired thickness of the cementitious material, the depth of a sand bed if the
heating cable is being installed under the cementitious material, the thickness of the
insulation, and the depth of the aggregate base necessary for proper drainage.
Compaction: Proper compaction is essential and must be given a great deal of care.
Make certain that the entire area to be covered by the cementitious material is
completely and properly compacted.
Drainage: In order to have proper drainage and to reduce the likelihood of vertical
shifting of the cementitious material, a minimum of 6 inches of high quality
aggregate should be laid over the entire area, plus one foot around the perimeter.
Reinforcement: In order to enhance the integrity of the cementitious material,
reinforcement materials must always be considered as part of the installation.
Examples of reinforcement materials include fibers in concrete, welded wire fabric,
plastic lath, etc.
Insulation: Insulation under concrete and pavers is a two edged sword. On the one
hand, it
acts as a good moisture barrier, reduces the response time of your snowmelt or
heating system, and saves money by reducing operating time. On the other hand,
insulation does not allow
the heat from the ground to get into the asphalt, concrete, or pavers.
Geometric Shapes: Concrete tends to break into a square geometric shape. As a
result I recommend that concrete be poured in square sections no larger than 9.5
feet X 9.5 feet.
Pouring other geometric shapes without additional joints almost always results in
undesirable cracks at undesirable locations. Each square must always have a joint
on each of its four sides.
Jumpers: It does not matter what kind of joint is in the concrete, the heating
element should never be allowed to run through it. Always jumper under or around
any and all joints.
Thickness: I recommend that the following thickness be observed:
Concrete 5 or more inches
Asphalt 4 or more inches
Pavers 4 or less inches
Suggested Mix: A six-bag mix with fiber or steel reinforcement should always be
used when pouring concrete unless the structural or traffic profile requires a
different mix.
I am confident that by following the above concrete suggestions you will be
rewarded with concrete that looks good and lasts for many years. In the event you
purchase a snow melting system and follow the above concrete suggestions you will
increase the likelihood that the heating cable is able to perform for years to come by
reducing the possibility that it will get damaged or broken by vertical or horizontal
movement of the material in which it is embedded.
